AKRAL NECROSIS released the Underlight; streaming album in full

The Black Thrash Metal veteran group from Bucharest, Romania, AKRAL NECROSIS just released their second full-length album “Underlight” on the 14th of October via Loud Rage Music as CD and digital formats.

“Underlight” contains nine tracks that can only be described as darker and more far reaching than all past releases of Akral Necrosis and is now streaming in full at Loud Rage Music's Bandcamp page: https://loudragemusic.bandcamp.com/album/akral-necrosis-underlight. Unlike “Pandemic Dominion”, the new album no longer presents a narrative concept, but a thematic one, with all songs being related to death.

The new full length has been recorded at Studio 148 by Marius Costache, who also handled the mix and master.

The release of “Underlight” marks a new collaboration between the band and Costin Chioreanu from Twilight13Media. The artist managed to perfectly capture the essence of the new album by creating the perfect artwork for it.

4 years after their highly praised debut album, following up a successful split with Marchosias out on Loud Rage Music last year, Black Metal demons Akral Necrosis is back with their second studio album! “Underlight” contains nine tracks that can only be described as darker and more far reaching than all past releases of Akral Necrosis. Akral Necrosis

Akral Necrosis are working on their new full-length, the second in the history of the group. Recordings are still ongoing at Studio148 under the supervision of Marius Costache, but the process is near its end. Time has come for the band to announce the name of the new material:

The title of the second Akral Necrosis opus is "Underlight".

The contrasting juxtaposition of the two words is appropriate and necessary to incorporate multiple meanings, evoked by the lyrical content of the material. Unlike the band’s debut album, "Pandemic Dominion", built around a narrative line, their upcoming effort quits the classic format, but keeps a well-defined conceptual axis, framed by a more violent and elaborate sound.

After the successful collaboration that led to the release of the (inter)SECTION split, Loud Rage Music and Akral Necrosis are joining forces again scheduling the release of this heinous Black Thrash Metal monster titled “Underlight” at the beginning of October. The release date is itself part of the constellation of symbols used by the group.

"Underlight" will contain nine songs that revolve around a bleak concept: death, the other gift of birth, the only absolute certainty, concrete and ineffable, at the antipode of an inextricable existence.
